Virtual engagements

Optional remote assistance for virtual sessions

Some setup is one-time housekeeping: approved downloads, settings, and initial configuration your team will never repeat. For virtual engagements, sessions may use Chrome Remote Desktop, with the participant's permission and subject to company policy, so that work happens live while we're speaking instead of spending billable time on steps that aren't beneficial for you to learn. Prefer to learn them anyway? We will walk through everything together instead.

The participant remains present for the entire session, handles all passwords and authentication personally, and may end remote access at any time. Remote assistance is optional and never a requirement of any engagement.

  • · Used only with the participant's permission, subject to company policy
  • · Limited to approved downloads, settings, and one-time configuration
  • · The participant stays present and handles all passwords and authentication
  • · Access can be ended by the participant at any time

Getting started

What a first engagement usually looks like.

  1. 01

    Scoping conversation

A short call, no charge. Your situation, constraints, and what a win would look like.

  2. 02

    A written plan

Format (virtual, onsite, or both), estimated hours, the applicable rate, and what you'll have at the end.

  3. 03

    Working sessions

Hourly or against a block, with notes, assets, and documentation delivered as you go.

Start with the scoping conversation.

Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether this is a fit, and which format makes sense for your team.

Replies typically within two business days.
