Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version
This website collects the minimum it needs to respond to your inquiry: what you type into the contact form. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking technology. Fonts are self-hosted, so your visit triggers no third-party requests.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by 12:32 Advisory (“the practice”, “we”). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@1232ai.com.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions. If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you provide: name, email address, company (if given), area of interest, and your message. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form service, and delivered to the practice.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Netlify, which, like most hosting providers, may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service. See Netlify's privacy documentation for details of its processing.
Nothing else. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no social widgets, no fingerprinting, and no cookies set by this site.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not submit passwords, material nonpublic information, confidential company information, or other sensitive content through the contact form. The form is for brief, non-confidential introductions; anything sensitive belongs in a later conversation under appropriate agreements.
How we use information
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, where a conversation continues, to prepare for it. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as useful for correspondence and reasonable business record-keeping, then deleted. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time by emailing info@1232ai.com.
Service providers
Netlify (hosting and form processing) and our email provider process data on our behalf in the course of delivering this site and receiving messages. We do not use other processors for website data.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact info@1232ai.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
